Description
Cabinet took office on 13 August 1923.
Cabinet resigned on 3 October 1923, due to the dispute weather the daily working hours should be increased and took office again with minor modifications in the cabinet.
The SPD left the coalition on 3 November 1923, since the government used the means of the Reich execution on Saxony, but was not willing to do the same in Bavaria
